As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Jordan oversees all of United Restoration’s legal and regulatory matters, including government contracts, compliance, and strategic partnerships. He is responsible for ensuring the organization operates in full accordance with federal, state, and local laws while supporting long-term business objectives. Jordan plays a critical role in managing contractual performance across United Restoration’s government contracts, helping align operational execution with regulatory and legal requirements while mitigating risk and protecting the organization’s interests.

Jordan brings deep expertise in the federal laws, regulations, and executive orders governing FEMA disaster assistance programs for states and municipalities. He oversees compliance with key federal procurement and reimbursement standards, including 2 C.F.R. § 200.326 and 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix II, which address disaster recovery, contractor obligations, and cost eligibility. His guidance helps ensure that United Restoration’s projects meet strict public-sector requirements and withstand audit, review, and oversight processes.

Jordan earned his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from Emory University School of Law in May 2020, along with a Certificate in Transactional Law. During law school, he developed a strong foundation in corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining United Restoration, Jordan served as a Legal Extern at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia, where he supported the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Securities Counsel. In that role, he gained experience in securities law, corporate governance, and enterprise-level legal operations, further strengthening his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and support mission-critical public-sector initiatives, and advancing organizational resilience during disaster response.
