United Restoration will provide all necessary documentation, from estimations, itemized expenses, legal documentation, and photographic evidence of water damage, directly to your insurance company. A dedicated account manager works with our customers from initial claim to insurance payment.
After your claim is processed by your insurance company, an insurance company adjustment agent reviews our documentation before approving the payout. As a United Restoration customer, your account manager will work directly with this agent, keeping you informed of the progress and status of your claim.

- What steps have been taken to prepare or eliminate the source?

A Reputation In Water Damage Restoration That Can’t Be Beat
Our water removal and water cleanup services are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. For emergency situations, we hold ourselves to the standard of responding to water damage emergencies in 10 minutes.
Providing for the safety of your home and loved ones is the immediate priority during a water damage loss. United Restoration technicians will first identify and remove safety hazards at your residence at and around the affected area.
Water Damage Restoration Evaluation
United Restoration technicians begin a water damage restoration evaluation by identifying all affected materials. Using non-invasive infrared technology, water intrusion is tracked from its source and followed in every direction to establish a perimeter of the flooded area.
Affected materials are evaluated against three criteria to determine if they should be restored or replaced:
- Degree of water intrusion
- Damage to the item or material
- Cost of replace, versus restoration cost
All materials that are determined "restorable" are inspected further, and the amount of moisture absorbed by the material will measured and documented. This information determines the amount and type of drying equipment to be used. It also establishes a baseline for drying progress on subsequent monitoring visits.
Untied Restoration technicians will clearly communicate predetermined drying goals.
