The owner of this amazing organization answers the phone….aside from IMMEDIATELY coming to my home to address my emergency water situation, he acted in the most respectful and professional manner to help me in my time of need. When you come home and find your entire house is flooded you feel completely helpless. Dave changed that and within a short period of time he already spoke to and had my Insurance companies approval to begin getting my home back to normal. Because it was the entire house it still took weeks if not months to really finish everything but it went by relatively smoothly and the team at United Restoration is the reason why. I had mold damage in the walls of one of my bedrooms due to a leaking pipe and Adrian Perez’s team came out the same day to assess and start drying out the walls. They even worked with my insurance Adjuster to find the leak! He also recommended a great plumber to come out and fix the pipe for me. Both him, his team, and Edgar, who worked out a great price for me showed really good customer service! I will recommend them to anyone having this issue
